A bill to repeal the provisions of the Social Security Amendments of 1983 removing the operations of the social security trust funds from the unified budget beginning in 1992.

Repeals provisions of the Social Security Amendments of 1983 which require, starting in FY 1993: (1) the exclusion of the receipts and disbursements of the Federal Old-Age and Survivors Insurance Trust Fund, the Federal Disability Insurance Trust Fund, and the Federal Hospital Insurance Trust Fund from the totals of the Federal or the congressional budgets; and (2) the treatment of the disbursements of the Federal Supplementary Medical Insurance Trust Fund as a separate major functional category in the Federal and the congressional budgets.
