A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to provide a criminal penalty for robbery of a controlled substance, and for other purposes.

Amends the Federal criminal code to establish penalties for taking or attempting to take by force and violence or intimidation a controlled substance from a pharmacy. Increases the penalties if any person's life is endangered by use of a dangerous weapon or if any person is assaulted or killed during commission of such offense.
