A bill to convey the District of Columbia Employment Security Building to the District of Columbia and to provide for the payment of a note entered into to finance the construction of such building.

Directs the Secretary of Labor to convey to the District of Columbia without monetary consideration all right, title and interest of the United States in and to the District of Columbia Employment Security Building and the land on which it stands.

States that the liability of the United States for the payment of a note to finance the construction of the building is not affected. Provides for continued payment of the note by the United States and reimbursement by the District of Columbia Government.
