A bill to raise the retirement age for Superior Court judges in the District of Columbia.
Raises from 70 to 74 the retirement age for Superior Court judges in the District of Columbia and judges of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Increases the number of associate Judges of the Superior Court from 43 to 50.
Directs the District of Columbia Judicial Nomination Commission to submit lists for initial nominations and appointments to judicial positions created under this Act within 90 days after the date of enactment.
