A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to expand the scope of the membership of the Special Medical Advisory Group.

Revises the membership of the Special Medical Advisory Group of the Veterans Administration Department of Medicine and Surgery to include persons deemed by the Chief Medical Director to have pertinent experience with respect to the mission of the Department.
