A bill to amend section 709 of title 32, United States Code, to eliminate the requirement that 30 days notice of termination of employment be given to civilian National Guard technicians who serve under temporary appointments, who are serving during a trial or probationary period, or who voluntarily cease to be members of the National Guard.
