A bill to authorize the Eleventh Airborne Division Association to erect a memorial in the District of Columbia or its environs.

Authorizes the Eleventh Airborne Division Association to erect a memorial on public grounds in the District of Columbia in honor and in commemoration of the men of the Angels of Liberation.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to select a suitable site on public grounds in the District of Columbia or environs upon which such memorial may be erected.
