A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to authorize the Secretaries of the military departments to order members of the Retired Reserve with over 20 years of continuous active duty and members of the Fleet Reserve and Fleet Marine Corps Reserve to active duty under the same conditions as are applicable to retired members of the regular components.
