A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to exempt from the Federal unemployment tax payments made with respect to deceased employees.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to exempt from the Federal unemployment tax any payments made by an employer to a survivor, heir, or the estate of a former employee.
