A bill to authorize the presentation on behalf of the Congress of a specially struck bronze medal to the families of American personnel missing or otherwise unaccounted for in Southeast Asia.

Authorizes the Speaker of the House and the President pro tempore of the Senate jointly to present, on behalf of the Congress, a bronze medal to families of American personnel missing or otherwise unaccounted for in Southeast Asia.

Authorizes appropriations.
