A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act and chapter 21 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to make it clear that the recently enacted requirement of mandatory coverage for Federal employees does not apply to retired judges who continue to perform judicial duties.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act and the Internal Revenue Code to provide that mandatory coverage of Federal employees under the Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance program shall not apply to retired judges who are assigned to active duty.
