A bill to provide that the United States Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund shall vote against providing any financial assistance from the Fund to any country which is not a party to the 1963 Treaty Banning Nuclear Weapon Tests in the Atmosphere, in Outer Space and Under Water.

Amends the Bretton Woods Agreements Act to direct the Secretary of the Treasury to instruct the U.S. Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund to vote against providing any financial assistance to any country which is not a party to the Treaty Banning Nuclear Weapon Tests in the Atmosphere, in Outer Space and Under Water.
