A bill to amend the Prompt Payment Act to require expedited payments by the Federal Government for poultry and poultry products.

Amends the Prompt Payment Act to: (1) direct the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to establish the required payment date for agency acquisitions of poultry or poultry products as the date not later than seven days after such product is delivered; and (2) not require the payment of an interest penalty if payment for poultry or a poultry product is made before the fourth day after the required payment date.
