Intelligence Expenditures Oversight Act of 1983 - States that no release of funds appropriated to the Reserve for Contingencies of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) or use of transfer authority by the CIA, may exceed $2,000,000 for any activity without approval of the intelligence committees of Congress.
Requires the approval of such committees before such funds may be used for any covert military or paramilitary activity.
