A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to include chiropractic care in the health care that may be provided to members and certain former members of the uniformed services and their dependents and to authorize chiropractors to be appointed as commissioned officers in the Armed Forces to provide such chiropractic care.

Amends the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services to include chiropractic care among the services offered members, former members, and dependents of the uniformed services.

Authorizes the appointment of chiropractors as commissioned officers in the Medical Services Corps of the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force. Entitles such officers to the same pay as dental officers.
