Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act Amendment - Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require a beverage consisting of more than 24 percent alcohol by volume to have specified health and legal purchase age warnings on its label or in its advertising.
States that such requirement: (1) shall not preclude any additional State requirements; and (2) shall not apply to a beverage if other comparable Federal law is in effect.
