A bill to declare a portion of the Hudson River in Hudson County, New Jersey, to be not a navigable water of the United States, and for other purposes.

Declares that certain portions of the Hudson River in Hudson County, New Jersey, are not navigable water of the United States. Gives the consent of Congress to the filling in of, and the erection of permanent structures on, any or all of such property.
