A bill to amend title 17 of the United States Code to authorize certain nonprofit use of copyrighted works by volunteer fire companies and rescue squads.

Amends the copyright law to permit without infringement of copyright the performance of a nondramatic literary or musical work by a volunteer fire company or rescue squad if the profits are used exclusively for charitable purposes and not for private financial gain.
