Repeals: (1) the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938; (2) the Davis-Bacon Act; (3) the Walsh- Healey Act; (4) the Service Contract Act; and (5) any other Federal law which requires a minimum wage to be paid to an individual employed by a private employer.
Prohibits any Federal agency from taking any administrative action which has the effect of regulating the minimum or maximum wage to be paid to an individual employed by a private employer.
