Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to carry out a flood control project on Maline Creek, Missouri, in accordance with specified plans.
Requires the Secretary to include as part of the non-Federal share of such project the value of lands, easements, and rights-of-way provided, and the cost of any work done, for such project prior to the enactment of this Act, if the Chief of Engineers makes a certain determination.
