A bill to make individuals suffering from acquired immunity deficiency syndrome (AIDS) eligible for coverage under the medicare program.

Provides coverage under part A (Hospital Insurance) of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act and makes eligible to enroll under part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance) of title XVIII any individual suffering from acquired immunity deficiency syndrome (AIDS).

Authorizes appropriations to the Federal Hospital Insurance Trust Fund to meet expenses related to such coverage.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to disallow the income tax deduction for a business' group health plan expenses if the plan differentiates in benefits provided to individuals with AIDS.
