A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to exclude from the gross income of each individual up to $750 of interest.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to exclude from taxation up to $750 ($1,500 for joint returns) of interest income. Repeals provisions of the Economic Recovery Tax Act of 1981 relating to the partial exclusion of interest income.
