A bill to expand the purposes for which receipts from certain lands of the National Forest System may be expended for the benefit counties, and for other purposes.
County Revenue Flexibility Act of 1983 - Amends specified Federal laws to allow counties to designate the public purposes in addition to schools and roads for which State or territorial legislatures expend specified moneys received from national forests located within such counties.
