A bill to amend section 376 of title 28, United States Code, to provide that certain judicial annuities for surviving spouses shall not terminate by reason of remarriage of an annuitant after age sixty, and to provide cost-of-living adjustments for such annuities.

Amends the judicial code to: (1) terminate judicial annuities for surviving spouses only upon such surviving spouse's death or upon remarriage prior to age 60; and (2) provide for cost-of-living adjustments to such annuities according to formulae used for the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund.
