A bill to authorize and direct the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to prepare feasibility reports for flood control and allied purposes for certain rivers in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to prepare (on an expedited basis) feasibility reports on improvements for hurricane protection, flood control, and related purposes for the: (1) Amite River, Louisiana and Mississippi; (2) Comite River, Louisiana; (3) Pearl River, Louisiana and Mississippi; (4) Tangipahoa River, Louisiana and Mississippi; (5) Tchefuncte River, Louisiana and Mississippi; (6) Tickfaw River, Louisiana and Mississippi; (7) Bogue Chittoe River, Louisisana and Mississippi; and (8) Natalbany River, Louisiana.
