Exempts the Southern Ute Tribe of the Southern Ute Reservation and its individual members from any taxation on moneys received from property held in trust for such Tribe by the United States.
States that such moneys shall not affect eligibility for financial assistance to tribal members, or for benefits under the Social Security Act or other Federal or federally assisted programs.
