Authorizes appropriations for FY 1984 to the Bureau of the Mint for costs of the mints and assay offices.
Authorizes additional appropriations for FY 1984, and for each year thereafter, to the Department of the Treasury for increases in the salaries, pay, retirement, and other benefits of the employees of the Bureau of the Mint.
