Lebanon Emergency Assistance Act of 1983 - Authorizes additional appropriations for economic assistance to Lebanon for FY 1983.
Authorizes additional appropriations for international military education and training and for arms sales loan guarantees to Lebanon for FY 1983.
Requires the President to obtain statutory authorization from Congress with respect to introducing U.S. armed forces into Lebanon in conjunction with troop withdrawal agreements and agreements creating a multinational peace-keeping force.
