A bill to amend titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act to provide that an individual receiving child's insurance benefits on the basis of blindness or other disability shall not lose his or her entitlement to such benefits by reason of marriage, if such marriage is to a recipient of supplemental security income benefits.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide that an individual shall not lose his or her entitlement to child's insurance benefits if he or she married an individual who is receiving supplemental security income benefits under title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) of such Act.

Amends title XVI of the Social Security Act to exclude from income for purposes of determining SSI benefits and eligibility any child's insurance benefit payable to an individual or to such individual's spouse.
