Provides that for weeks after March 31, 1983, the Federal Supplemental Compensation Act of 1982 shall apply as if the provisions of the Social Security Amendments of 1983 which extend the Federal supplemental compensation program to September 30, 1983, were enacted on the date of the enactment of this Act.
