Directs the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the National Park Service, to conduct a study of trapping for fur bearing mammals as a wildlife management activity within the Ozark National Scenic Riverways. Requires the Secretary to submit the study, together with appropriate recommendations, to specified congressional committees.
