A bill to prohibit the export of certain military significant items to the Republic of South Africa and to provide for notification to the Congress of the proposed issuance of a validated license for an export to the Republic of South Africa, with each House of Congress being able to prevent the issuance of any such license by adoption of a resolution of disapproval.
