Amends the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933 to provide the officers and employees of the Tennessee Valley Authority with immunity from civil suit with respect to their conduct as officers and employees to the extent that they believe their conduct is in good faith and there are reasonable grounds to support such belief.
