A bill to amend Public Law 94-565, relating to payments in lieu of taxes, to provide that the amount of Federal payment to units of local government within a State for certain Federal property located within their jurisdiction shall not be less than the amount which such unit would be eligible to receive from the States if the property were owned by the State rather than by the United States.
