A bill to amend the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 ("Superfund") to clarify certain provisions relating to remedial actions at facilities owned and operated by a State or political subdivision thereof.

Amends the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 ("Superfund") to revise provisions relating to the State share of costs of remedial actions in response to a release of a hazardous substance at a disposal facility owned by a State or local government. Requires that such facility be operated, as well as owned, by the State or local government in order for such provisions to apply.
