A bill to amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to require that income levels for the supplemental security income-related medically needy are the same as those for the supplemental security income-related categorically needy.

Amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to require that income levels for the supplemental security (title XVI of the Act) income-related medically needy (those individuals whose income and resources place them slightly above automatic eligibility) be the same as those for the supplemental security income-related categorically needy (those individuals who are automatically eligible).
