A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to enter into an agreement with the City of Sacramento, California, under which the City of Sacramento will reimburse the Secretary for the continued operation and maintenance of the William G. Stone Lock and to authorize the City of Sacramento to collect tolls or other fees for the use of such lock.
