A bill to permit either House of Congress to disapprove certain rules proposed by executive agencies.
Administrative Rulemaking Control Act - Sets forth provisions for congressional review of executive agency rulemaking. Permits either House of Congress to veto a proposed rule by passage of a resolution stating in substance that that House does not favor such rule. Sets forth congressional procedures for such resolutions. States that congressional inaction on any such resolution shall not be deemed as an expression of approval.
