Amends existing law to convey to Olathe, Colorado, full title to certain lands, including reversionary interests in such lands.
States if specified lands are sold by Olathe prior to January 1, 1994, the town shall pay the United States either the proceeds of such sale, or the fair market value of such lands. Specifies exceptions to such requirement.
