A bill to provide that persons who produce certain agricultural commodities on highly erodible land in a manner which fails to prevent such erosion may not receive certain federal assistance with respect to such land or agricultural commodities grown on such land, and for other purposes.
Erosion Reduction Act of 1983 - Makes persons who cultivate erosion-susceptible land in a manner which does not prevent such erosion ineligible for price supports, loans, and other specified agricultural payments, loans, and price supports.
