A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to restore child's insurance benefits for postsecondary school students.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to permit full-time postsecondary school students to receive child's insurance benefits on the basis of student status. (Currently, only full-time elementary or secondary school students may receive such benefits on the basis of student status.)
