Amends the Federal Supplemental Compensation Act of 1982 to extend the Federal supplemental compensation program through weeks beginning on or before September 30, 1983.
Provides for an increase in the number of weeks for which benefits are payable under such program, by revising the formula for determining the amount which a State must establish in an individual's Federal supplemental compensation account.
