Constitutional Amendment - Provides for a six-year term for the offices of President and Vice President and prohibits any person from being elected to such offices more than once.
Declares the term of office of a Representative to be four years.
Precludes eligibility for election to the House of Representatives for more than three terms.
Precludes eligibility for election to the Senate for more than two terms.
Repeals the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution.
Applies this article to elections held after January 1, 2000.
