A joint resolution to establish casein dairy production equity.

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to recommend to the President that a specified provision of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933 be invoked to limit casein importation under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade to 50 percent of the five-year average for the years 1976 through 1980.
