Rescinds the Multinational Force in Lebanon Resolution (Public Law 98-119). Requires the President to submit a specified report to Congress, as required under the War Powers Resolution, dealing with the U.S. armed forces in Lebanon.
Provides that if such report is not filed with Congress by the President, the deployment of U.S. armed forces in Lebanon shall be terminated except for those necessary for the protection of diplomatic personnel in the U.S. Embassy in Lebanon.
