A joint resolution directing the Secretary of the Treasury to study the feasibility and desirability of constructing a United States mint in Cairo, Illinois.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to study the desirability of establishing a fourth mint of the United States and the feasibility of locating such mint in Cairo, Illinois.

Requires the results of such study to be transmitted to Congress not later than one year after the effective date of this resolution.
