A joint resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to international efforts to further a revolution in child health.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that it supports the reduction of child mortality and morbidity throughout the world.

Urges the President to promote and undertake activities to further the objectives of the child health revolution. Directs appropriate Government agencies to support UNICEF and other specified international agencies and public and private organizations in fostering the child health revolution.
