A joint resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the Secretary-General of the United Nations should be requested to act as an intermediary in the Nicaraguan-Honduran border dispute.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President should: (1) instruct the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations to request the Secretary-General to act as intermediary in the Nicaraguan-Honduran border dispute; and (2) inform the Congress of action taken by the Secretary-General with respect to said dispute.
