A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the President should establish a Federal strike force and a program in each United States judicial district to investigate and prosecute crimes committed by members of outlaw motorcycle gangs.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President should establish a Federal strike force and implement a program to: (1) investigate crimes committed by members of outlaw motorcycle gangs; (2) prosecute such gangs; and (3) assist State and local law enforcement agencies in their investigation and prosecution of such gangs.
