A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the President should develop and implement a national program to expand exports of agricultural commodities produced in the United States.

Expresses the sense of Congress that the President should: (1) develop and implement a national program to expand U.S. exports of agricultural commodities; and (2) submit to the Congress a report containing a description of such program, including proposed Executive actions and legislative recommendations.
